Qall doesn’t sell phone numbers. You connect the carrier you already use, and Qall manages the numbers you choose. See Connect a phone number for the short version. This page is the detail.

Twilio

Enter your Account SID and auth token. Qall creates the trunk, then shows the numbers on the account so you can pick which ones it should manage. Twilio owns that list, so Qall re-checks it periodically and keeps your numbers in step. Sync now does it immediately if you’ve just bought a number.

Any SIP carrier

Values are checked before anything is saved. If one is rejected, the field is named and nothing is written — fix it and save again.

If a connection isn’t ready

Saving a trunk and setting it up are two steps, so a connection can be saved but not yet live. Each one shows its state: Set up again retries. It’s safe to run repeatedly — it only fills in what’s missing.

Assigning numbers

Assign a number to the assistant that should answer it. One number answers with one assistant; an assistant can have several numbers. Unassign a number and it stops being answered.

Calling out

Outbound calls need a number to call from. Any managed number works, and campaigns and warm transfers both need one.
