call.status_updated - Qall

Fires during a call, rather than at the end. Use it for a live view of what’s happening; use call.completed for the results.

Fields


`status`	Where the call is now
`call.id`	The call id, matching the other events
`customer.number`	The other person’s number
`contact`	The matched contact, when there is one

Using it

Good for a live dashboard, or for marking a record as “on a call right now”. Don’t use it to decide a call is finished — use call.completed, which carries the summary and outcomes that this event doesn’t have yet.
