# Organisation

> People, roles, secrets and billing.

Your organisation owns everything — assistants, calls, contacts, credentials. You
can belong to more than one and switch between them from the account menu.

## People and roles

Invite someone by email. They join your organisation when they accept.

| Role | Can |
| - | - |
| **Admin** | Everything, including people, billing and provider credentials. |
| **User** | Build and run assistants, tools, playbooks and campaigns. |
| **Viewer** | Look at calls and analytics. No changes. |

Viewers deliberately can't create things that spend money — assigning an
[outcome](/outcomes), pointing a webhook somewhere, or adding a provider
key.

The same person in two organisations has separate access in each. Switching
organisations doesn't carry permissions across.

## Secrets Vault

The Secrets Vault holds secrets your [tools](/tools/http-tools) need — API keys for
your own systems, mostly. Reference one in a tool as `{{secret.name}}`.

Values are encrypted and never readable again, by anyone, including you. You see
the name and a hint; to change a value, you replace it.

Secrets resolve only in requests your tools send. They can't reach anything the
caller hears.

<Note>
  Credentials for services *Qall* calls — your OpenAI or ElevenLabs account, your
  storage bucket — go in [Integrations](/integrations) instead.
</Note>

## Webhooks

Have Qall notify your systems when calls happen. See
[Webhooks](/api-reference/webhooks).

## Billing

Qall runs on prepaid credit. Top up by card, or turn on auto-recharge to add
credit automatically when the balance runs low.

**Usage** shows what you've spent over the current period, and each
[call](/calls) carries its own cost. Calls running on
[your own provider keys](/integrations) don't carry that provider's
charges.
